This as an adapter I designed for the VESA mount of the LG 32GK650F. The standard VESA mount is recessed and many 100mm VESA plates don't fit properly. This is deisgned to fit snuggly over in the recess and to be screwed through. I used M4 x 20mm screws and M4 washers to attach my Ergotech Freedom Arm HD to the 32GK650F with this plate sitting in between the Freedom Arm HD and the 32GK650F. It fits well and has caused no issues.
