LG Direct-Drive Washer Motor Rotor Hub

This is the hub for the rotor on certain LG direct drive washing machines. The entire rotor is part number 4413ER1003A, but a common problem is that the plastic splined hub gets stripped out by the shaft, while the metal and magnet parts are fine. At least on my machine, the entire motor (including this part) has a 10-year parts-only warranty. But they require a service call to do the replacement - they won't just give you the part. And the service call costs more than the replacement rotor. Oh well. I designed this part so I could still do laundry while waiting for a replacement rotor to arrive in the mail. It seems to work well, but I don't know how long it's likely to hold up.
