The above is a custom cradle for the LG G3. It fits perfectly with the QuickCover case (folded backwards) after it was painted with Rust-Oleum plastic spray paint. If you don't want to do a paint job, just reduce the width by ~0.5mm (SolidWorks Part included). This cradle also has a slot for a USB charger (generic not the original LG one), and a 2nd part which is an aesthetic cover for the epoxy mess when you fix the USB in place (so you can just slide your phone in. No hassle). The cover is attached to the mount with 2 M3 screws (2 matching inserts on the mount part). For the AUX cable, I just measured the distance between the MicroUSB port and the 3.5 jack on the G3, and then drilled a hole. Small one at first so I can make sure I'm in the right spot. Again, fixed it in place with epoxy glue. Instructions The printer I've used isn't really accurate with the measures. It tends to make holes and internal perimeter smaller and external perimeter larger. So do your measurements and if you feel like changing things do it. Obviously, this part was printed with ABS (so it won't melt on a hot sunny day in the car). Print with support, although if your printer has a decent cooling you might not have to. Try printing with 3-4 vertical shells, build a strong perimeter
