This is a weird one. I had one of those extended cases for an LG V20 and of those 2 battery thick batteries. It ended up puffing up so I swapped over to a normal spare battery. I ended up making this to help hold in the battery in the double thick battery case. There was a clearance issue in the bottom portion back when I had printed this. I've corrected it in the file, but I haven't actually tested if I changed it sufficiently. You may have to sand the bottom a bit. If you end up printing this, please tell me if it fits or not.
