LGT MHS Adapter Drill Jig

LGT MHS Adapter Drill Jig

Jig I made for marking where to drill on a Modular Hilt System (MHS V1) lightsaber hilt from The Custom Saber Shop (TCSS) to install a LGT Saber Core (6-font, in-hilt). "v26" is just carried over from whatever iteration the Fusion 360 file was at, since this file was also used to make the shim/adapter to fill the space. (Let me know if anyone wants the adapter sleeve) Different cores will have different measurements, although I think the switch mount sections are essentially the same. (Until they put out a new model). This jig's top end (where the arrow points) measures to the end of the LED lens housing (which I needed to know to measure). Assumes a flush/smooth hilt surface, or one that has a a consistent profile. MHS V1 hilts are ~1.4" in diameter and should probably work for other hilts around that size. US distributors like Vire Sabers have installation videos on how to mount the saber cores (in other LGT sabers). Adjust/Modify for your own means.
