LGX FF MDD 1.3 Ender 5 Pro

This is kind of an overhaul of @feadot's Bondtech LGX FF on Ender 3v2. Adapted it to the Ender-5 Pro Printermods MDD 1.3 plate. Designed around the linear rail adapter but will work on stock rollers as well. Very simplified from original design. BLTouch mount and adjustable fan slider remain in tact. Removed spacer plate, reinforced lower support. Seems unnecessary given metal attachments, but may reduce sag and improve stability. Adapter mounts to MDD plate with two m3 nuts on front of mount, screwed in from rear of MDD plate. You'll need to drop in x4 m3 nuts for the plate mount and fan slider, then set the LGX in place. The extruder will help hold the nuts in place. The adapter mounts to the LGX via two m3 bolts in from the rear to the side holes of the extruder. Once extruder is secured to mdd plate, two m3 bolts from the rear secure plate to adapter. Plate is threaded so you'll want to apply a bit of pressure while starting thread into nuts. If using linear rail adapter, the included m3 bolt will be reused on the left side through the adapter front. Original fan duct (5150) and adjustable mount are reused from original design. Added shaved mount for minimalist option. Fan can be secure using single bolt when tightened. No clearance issues with linear rails on X & Y. With aluminum heatsink the extruder assembly has a smaller footprint than the MDD plate itself. *pictures and accurate bolt lengths to be added soon*
