Li Hua Power Supply Cover

This cover replaces the stock cover of my Li Hua 24V power supply, 110mm x 195mm, holes in the side about 58mm and 180 from the end without terminals, and on the end with holes, holes spaced 90mm apart. They offered other PSUs with the same case, and given how PSUs are cloned and relabeled, you might find other brand PSUs this would work with, without changes, I don't know. I designed it around a 15mm thick, 80mm square fan. I did this so I can use a larger, quieter fan. There are parts inside that prevented me from just using a larger fan. I do intend to find a passively cooled PSU but this will do for me for now. The stock fan is 12V despite the fact it is a 24V PSU. There was a 0.1" pin pair, pulling off the original jack housing allowed using the connector already on my fan. I suggest using a finger guard on the fan exhaust. Mine still hasn't arrived yet. Doing this removes RFI protection of and from your PSU, and possibly changes the cooling flow within the case, so use at your own risk. Print Settings Printer: MendelMax 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm-0.3mm Infill: solid Notes: I print with 0.5mm wide bead width, two perimeters and 10 top and bottom layers so the cover and edges are solid with any layer setting. The whole part is 2mm thick everywhere except the mounting screw holes. Post-Printing Drill Drill out the mounting holes to 2.8mm I used #34. 7/64" should be good. It might not need to be predrilled, I do it to prevent excess pressure from cracking the part.
