I've designed this battery case in Fusion360 and 3D printed with the purpose of installing on a RC car. The case is made out of two halves held together by two M4 countersunk screws. In order to supply power to the RC car, a XT60 connector is used. A separate JST connector is used for balance charging the Li-Ion cells and it has its own channel for installation. Between the XT60 and the cells there is a small pocket where the connection wires shall be mounted. For holding everything in place and prevent accidental moving of the cells inside the case, some sort of fire proof foam can be used or some dabs of silicone or few drops of hotglue can be used to fix everything in place. The JST cable can be fixed in place with hotglue in order to have a strain relief. XT60 connector shall be mounted in place with two component adhesive and the terminals should be insulated with hotglue. This project is editable in Fusion360 and it can be exported/printed by going to Make -> Select the part to be printed -> Send to 3D print utility (Cura, Slic3r, etc) -> OK
