I made a portable battery pack to charge my drones. I used 36 Samsung INR18650-35E 3500mAh batteries, so the pack has (3.5Ah x 6 ) x 6 x 3.6V = 454Wh. Weight is 1965g which comes down to 4.3g per Wh which is nice. For comparison: My old charging pack was a 4S 16Ah lipo with 1322g and 237Wh - adds up to 5.5g per Wh while being a sloppy unprotected lipo and not safely stored in a rigid case like this one. You find all parts you need here in the pictures and files. The pack configurations, the screws you need, the soldering etc... Edit: Somehow obvious but not in the pictures: you'll need balancer plugs and a xt-60... This is my first attempt at multicolor printing as well. If you don't like my logo, use the nologo files. FreeCAD project file is attached as well so you can modify everything to your linking. I used Minadax ASA-X filament for outdoor use, but other will do as well. Make sure that they don shrink to much or the cells won't fit anymore.
