This is a spacer for Founders Edition cards to give them more room to breathe. It will sit right ontop of the current mounts after you unscrew and remove the riser. You can then secure the spacer with the current screws that were holding the riser. Measure, mark and tap where you want your riser to screw it and then drill and screw the riser into the spacer. Works great and is secure.
