My third concept for: https://grabcad.com/challenges/umbra-paper-towel-holder-challenge I created this one by combining the versatility of my first design (tabletop plus mounting options) with the aesthetics of my second. Like my 2nd concept, the paper towel roll simply slides on and off with friction fit. Based on feedback from my other designs, I also kept the manufacturing cost more in mind. This is simply two pieces of sheet metal (cut, bent, welded). It can rest on the counter horizontally, or can be mounted in horizontal or vertical positions.
