Lid for Betrayal at House on the Hill Token Organizer

I'm a big fan of SpaceFanatic's token holder for Betrayal, but it's missing one important thing that makes it complete--a lid! So I made one. Nothing fancy here. This is measured to be an exact fit, so make sure to scale it up by about 1% (varies based on printer, filament, and settings) when printing to get a good fit. For my Printrbot Simple Metal, it was 100.7% to get a good fit. Also included are a few spacers to make it so that the incomplete small monster stacks (yellow, blue, green) don't rattle.
