Someone drove away with landpower still attached, so the lid protecting the powerinlet broke off. So I have made a copy off this. The first one I made in PLA. It worked fine, but a warm summer warped it so I had to make a new one in a more temperaturestable material. So I made it out of ABS. Had a lot of issues with warping with the ABS since you have such a big surface, but with some ABS-slurry and making a box for the printer to stabelice the temperature i made one successfully. I have added the VW logo so you can give the hatch a custom design. I ended up painting it with plastidip for a nice finnish. Tips for making: - Be aware of warping in the beginning - Make sure the hole printing surface is perfectly levelled. - Use a temperaturestable material. - infill:40% Wall thickness: 1.2 Material: PLA or ABS
