This micro drone propeller was inspired and designed by using the **Liebeck LA5055** airfoil. All testing was done on the **[Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (test results below). It was printed slowly, with the help of a **[0.2mm nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04 height per layer. The final part was cleaned and deburred with the help of a **[Precision Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, it was sanded with a piece of **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. These are the thrust readings for some voltage values (you can also view these in the images): - **1.5V** => **7.14 grams** - **2V** => **12.73 grams** - **2.5V** => **20.69 grams** - **3V** => **26.37 grams** The files you'll download consist of all the pictures taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the STL files and the SLDPRT files. Should you want to play with the propeller, you should get a few **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You can use the SLDPRT extension files, just in case you want to adapt the propeller model to suit your own needs. **Note:** Airfoil plotted with the matplotlib library for python.
