This is Lieutenant Justice from the game Metagalactic Blitz. This well meaning dope has made it his life’s mission to rid the galaxy of villainy and scum. He plays using a stun grenade and his trusty boomerang shield. My favorite part of modeling him was making his hair and mustache. It was a challenge trying to make the hair read for so far away.
