Life Size Han Solo Blaster (Vintage Kenner Star Wars Action Figure Inspired)

This prop is based on the weapon that came with the vintage Kenner Star Wars Han Solo figure, although it's not really meant to be an exact recreation. I've included three different versions: the full model, the full model split up into 7 parts that can be glued together to minimize support material and make it possible print a life-size blaster on smaller printers, and a small keychain model with a hole in the handle. The two models that aren't in pieces are oriented to be upside-down on the print bed, but you might find that printing with the barrel facing upward gives better results (however, this may limit the size of the gun depending on your printer). You will probably still want to leave supports on even if you print the model in pieces, since there are a few places that can benefit from a little support. The majority of the blaster is just fine using .3m layer height, but the scope parts look better at lower layer heights because of their curves. In the photos you can see the keychain, the model printed in parts and assembled, and the model finished with techniques like gap filling, sanding, priming and painting for a smoother look. I have marked this model as non-commercial because I don't want people just selling it on eBay or Etsy, but I have no problem with people printing it for friends or things like that.
