Ta daaaa!!! I wanted to create this for some time, but now i did found some time to do it: FULLY PRINTABLE, LIFE-SIZED AND CUSTOMIZABLE MECHANICUS BATTLE AXE! Let me tell you: This is not print for beginners. This is HUGE print. This axe is designed to be over 2 meters long when assembled, and it will require a lot of patience and fillament. After the printing, it will require some painting, lets face it, it would be shame not to paint this beauty and add some custom battle scars (wink, wink) ALL PARTS ARE DESIGNED FOR 3D PRINTER OF AT LEAST 300X300mm HOTBED. If you have smaller hotbed, you might need to cut and slice some parts in half (there is good, free, software for that called meshmixer) and glue them together later... All parts are designed to not need support, because we all hate to throw away plastic. Look at the dissasembled reference how the whole thing should look like. Print all parts from the separated parts, some of them are the same, but you need to print every part ONCE. But thats not the end. You will need 2,6 meters of 10mm pipe of any kind (aluminium pipe would work the best). This pipe is coming in small channels trough the blade and its reinforcing the whole thing. You could go without this pipe, but then you need to not swing it at objects. Or people. You know what- dont swing it around even if there are pipes in the blade (and this is how i ended up on FBI watchlist) You will also need 40mm diameter, 2m leinght of plastic pipe for the handle. Idea is to print all of the rings and put them on the pipe which will hold them together. All the rings are optional, you can customize them, stretch them, twist them, use your slicer and imagination. Your axe doesnt need to have same handle as mine in the model Also, you might notice that there are some holes of 4mm all over the model. in thoose holes you can put real metal bolts, or 3d print "rivets" which i left in STL files All rings are designed to have some clearence from the outer pipe wall, so, depending on your printer precision, you might add for example some paper if rings are too loose on the pipe. Again, THIS IS NOT PRINT FOR BEGINERS, BE READY TO USE SOME BRAIN AND GLUE May the mighty Omnissiah bless your 3D printer for this print! Edit: Parts #24 and #32 are the same parts, but #32 was missing from original files. You can complete axe by simply printing #24 two times. Anyways, i uploaded part #32 for convinience when printing, so its easier to track which part is printed. You can find it outside of RAR file
