This is the first of 2 kinds of lift inserts Checkmate Robotics designed to attach onto Misumi sar 230 Drawer Slides, Between Stages. The Insert has a small gap to fit a REV Bearing inside which works with the Spool. Attach 2 Inserts between each stage, insert a REV Bearing, and String Kevlar through each insert to create a working lift.
