I upgraded my China Co2 laser to use LIghtBurn software. It allows the use of a USB camera to view the bed and scan things placed on it. Much like the Glow Forge laser. On the light burn site they sell a camera, but I wanted to save a few bucks. So I bought a SONY IMX179 8MP USB camera on Ebay. My laser is big, so I went with a 80degree (no fish eye) This mount uses a GoPro mounting system to mount the camera to the open lid of my machine. It has a captured 1/4-20 nut inside to attach the GoPro mount to. I got the GoPro tripod mount from amazon. Parts Needed: 1pcs Camera Housing 1pcs Housing Lid 1psc 1/4-20 Nut (NOT LOCK NUT) 4pcs 2mm screws Once you out the nut in the housing, place some electric tape over it so it cannot short out the camera on the bottom.
