The Lightsaber Creation Kit (LCK) is made up of 15 main pieces. 3 Pummels 3 Grips 3 Joiners 3 Barrels 3 Emitters A set in Red B set in White C set in Blue There are extra pieces, which include an extension for one of the Barrels, buttons and switch pieces for the Joiners, and fins for two of the grips. Using no more than one of each item, and no more than 5 and no fewer than 3 total pieces, there are over 350 combinations that can be made from this kit. I designed the whole thing to print out with supports. Additionally only the parts with buttons or switches need glue to add their pieces, the building of the sabers require no glue and can be built and unbuilt. Each piece has threads on each end (except for the Emitters and Hilts) and there is a coupler piece you print out to screw the pieces together in the order you would like. Update: 2/20/16: I uploaded Emitter A,B,C remix with threading to take the blade from my derelict saber found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1309830 I hope to model more parts and add them to this system. I plan to take the known lightsabers and see if I can cut and edit them to work with this. The example saber in the pictures is; Pummel_B Grip_B Joiner_A Barrel_A (without the extension) Emitter_A This required two couplers, one is printed in ABS like the lightsaber parts, and one is printed in PLA. There is one picture showing the PLA coupler between two parts. I would love to hear comments or see pictures of the sabers you make. This is modeled after a set that RM made and sold in 2009 before they went out of business. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 200 Micron Infill: 20% Notes: Printed some in ABS, I printed some in PLA. The shrink or swell of the plastic makes a bit of a difference, but just a little patience and it goes together fine. Post-Printing Emitters A and B don't need a coupler, but Emitter C does. None of the Pummels need couplers. How I Designed This I modeled these in Autodesk Fusion 360
