Hello ! Here is a quite cool project I've been working of for quite a long time. It's a Carbine Kit inspired by the Flux for the Sig P320. It's a completely open design where you can see all the action. It is assemble by having 2 halves (the front part and the back part), screwed together through the 2 holes and the sides of the kit. It's simple and the 2-locks design allow to be rigid enough despite the narrowness of the kit. There is a heavy variant included which looks like a more traditional style of Carbine Kit, with Mlok cuts and Picatinny rails on top and bottom. It assembles the same way, and uses the same back-part, making the swap between the heavy and the Lightweight version easy! The mounting points are the rail of the frame and the safety at the back. To mount it, you slide the front part on the rail and tighten the screw; and you have to slide the back part around the safety (there are 2 U shaped hooks, one on both sides, so you can slide this around the safety. There's absolutely no disassembly to do on the replica, it's very beginner friendly. You will need : 4x M4 nuts 1x M5 nut if you use the AEG stock tube version 1x M4x25 for the front lock 2x M4x40 for the 2 halves-joining screws 2x M3 nut for the aditional rail front version 2x M3x7 for the front rail attachment The heavy version requires glue and 2mm steel rods (optional, but helps with alignment and strenght). Please check the included picture. I use 2mm bicycle spokes since they are sturdy, cheap and easy to find. For the MP9-style stock, here's the hardware : 1x M3x40 1x M5x30 1x M6x35 1x M6 nut 1x M5 nut 1x M3 nut And a spring, inner diameter more than 6.3 and outer diameter less than 9.5. Generally, by taking a 8mm spring it will always be good. It needs to be 20mm long. Here's a video showing the assembly of it: https://youtu.be/p_AtfOx9B1A PS: the pictures shows some pictures of the Hi-Capa version. It's for illustration only, the assembly is designed the same way, but that's a completely different version, those are not compatible together. For the Hi-Capa, you need to check the Hi-Capa version. PS2 : Note that the real life pics show the first prototype. The design has slightly changed (the safety part mostly), the renders are showing the final version. PS3 : Folding stock included, but not the stock tube for the AR Stock version.
