Limit Switch (Contact Switch) Case

One of the challenges of using limit switches when building an FRC robot is not breaking it. With only 3mm of travel, it can be difficult to stop a motor in time to avoid over-driving your mechanism and breaking the limit switch. Over the years we adopted a philosophy of not designing things that need limit switches because they always seem to break often in finals or other critical points in a competition. We probably use more pneumatics than other teams as a result. This limit switch cases not only protects the limit switch from being broken, but also allows for much more travel in either direction. The design is made to work with a 15mm spring, but could work with a rubber band. The switch is a MSW-0 microswitch with a lever that has an 8mm overhang to the center of the bearing. 4 small screws are needed to secure the cover. There are two small holes through the body to use for securing the switch to the robot with small zip ties. There are two .25" bolt mounting holes for more sturdy mounting. <https://youtu.be/DTNaoCqWE1k>
