This is the latest version of my Lina Inverse Demon Blood Amulet. I found some wonderful red cabochon shells in 38mm size from https://www.etsy.com/listing/669854367/red-paua-shell-round-cabochon-calibrated?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=38mm+Abalone+shell+Cabochon+red&ref=sr_gallery-1-1&organic_search_click=1&frs=1 that I just had to use. In addition to the two shells, I also used two sets of 3mm hex nuts and screws. You could just glue everything together, but the nuts and screws ensure that everything is lined up nicely. Five 8x4mm round magnets go into each along with a round bit of steel for ease of attachment. I'm going to paint the triangle bits black with acrylic paint after lots of sanding. The model was built based upon a photo floating around the net, and then I added lots of greebles to it. If my primary prop user (the GF) wants, I might make a version with a light inside; however, she's pretty happy with it as is.
