Linco T-Bar tri-pod mount for a 19mm bar

I have a Linco T-Bar tripod fabric holder. I use mine for Twitch streams. However, the t-bar design has a flaw where no matter how hard to tighten the wing nut, the t-bar itself can swing overtime. Makes it difficult to keep my green screen in place during streams where I need to move it for breaks, etc. I designed this in TinkerCAD.
