I designed this filter to be as reliable as possible. The main filter is made up of a cartridge that features a unique double filtering design. You can choose the type of filter you want, but I opted for this size because it's affordable and comes in a convenient 150x160x10mm package. If you prefer larger filters, you can always purchase them and cut them to size. One of the benefits of this cartridge is that it can be combined with either chemical or mechanical filtering systems. To secure the cartridge in place, I designed a joint that fits perfectly between two adapters. Using SolidWorks, I ensured that the joint has zero deviation, guaranteeing a smooth and precise fit. When printing the joint, it's essential to adjust your slicer to account for -0.1 linear expansion. This adjustment ensures the best possible connection between the cartridge and the adapters. The adapters come in various sizes: * Duct: 150mm, 125mm, 120mm, 100mm, and 80mm * Fan: 120mm To connect the cartridges, I used M4x40 screws. The fan adapters also feature M4 holes for added convenience.
