Linear actuator micro servo motor with a case

This a linear actuator using a micro servo and controlled using any module or microcontroller such as Arduino. Here is a video when it works: https://youtu.be/6OZIdFNIbVk The design was made for the purpose of moving a heating coil connected to the tip of the actuator. But can be used for anything else if it fits your requirements. This actuator is able to move 6cm. It was designed using Solidworks 2018. Ask for desin files if you want to customise it. The case has many 12mm holes and thoes are for mounting any sort of panel connectors like a power supply connecetion. Case wall thickness is 1.5mm, while base and case cover is 2mm You can print the actuator mechanism only and design your own case. In addition to the 3D ptinted parts and servo, you'll need the following screws and nuts: 3 x 2.3* 8mm 8g/9g Servo Mount Screws (These are the same that comes with 9g servo, you need 3, two for holding the motor on the case, one for connecting arm to the servo) 4 x M4 10-12mm screws only( for securing the cover over the case) 3 x M4 12mm screws and nuts(to secure the actuater cover, but can be ignored if you use glue to stick the cover to the retainer.) 1 x M4 20mm screw and nut (to hold the actuator retainer to the cover)
