Linear Actuator PKM C02

One of the project which I was make in 2015. This is LINEAR ACTUATOR PKM C02.Real product, which I received from customer, was disassembled, manually measured (without 3D scanning technologies) and then redrawed in SolidWorks 2015.All mechanisms were calculated with special software or on-line engineering calculators. GearTrax was used for gear mechanisms calculations, on-line calculator from site Advanced Mechanical Engineering Solutions (http://www.amesweb.info/Screws/MetricTrapezoidalScrewThreads.aspx) was used for Metric Trapezoidal Threads (ACME threads) dimensions calculations, all standard elements (springs, bearings, screws, washers, pins, o-rings, retaining rings) in ISO standard.After reverse engineering this Actuator was 3D printed, not completely, only possible parts; bearings, screws, springs, and other not printed parts used standard (metal). Plastic Actuator was printed on Dimension 1200es (http://usglobalimages.stratasys.com/Main/Files/Machine_Spec_Sheets/PSS_FDM_Dim1200es.pdf) by my customer. I posted link on his printing work in social networks. Purposes of reverse engineering was also creation of new Actuator by my customer himself.
