This sleeve, is designed to replace an LM10UU with a 27mm length of PTFE 10mm (10mm ID X 12mm OD) tube in it's center. Instructions Insert PTFE sleeve into smaller printed part, and cut to length. Second, force the second, larger printed part over the top of the first, trapping the PTFE sleeve inside. Insert your 10mm rod... add light machine oil if necessary.
