This is a mount for the 1.5g Linear Servo motors found on Amazon. I use these for under the table switch track(turnout) motors to throw the points. In my case I cut off the wire and soldered two wires directly to the motor terminals. This bypasses the electronics and made the motor usable with just two AAA batteries and a momentary toggle switch.
