Linkable double spool system

The original design by randyy had certain drawbacks such as a small spool size, lack of rods between spools and a too-small central hole. To improve upon this, I made the spool extendable, enlarged the center hole and added printable hooks for better plastic storage. Additionally, I designed connectors for the ends to save on plastic usage by attaching them and using fewer spools. This modular design allows for various configurations, potentially allowing up to 4 rolls of plastic on just 2 or 3 spools. Also included is a 'Fix_Catch' piece to prevent plastic from catching in empty spool spots.
