This iconic sculpture of a lion stands alongside another similar to it on the steps outside of the Art Institute of Chicago, USA. Known by virtually everyone who lives in Chicago the lion is a cultural icon of the area. The larger than life sculpture was made by Edward Kemeys in 1893 out of bronze. This object is part of "Scan The World".
