Lion Skull

Lion Skull

This is a Lion's Skull that I scanned, cleaned up, added a Jaw hinge and neck pivot for a Halloween "mask"/Costume. All in all it came out well, I painted it with phosphorescent paint, Used rubber bands to allow the jaw to chatter when moved. Also used armature wire to hold the skull in-front of my face (ran it to the neck pivot) And just tilting my body made it look right or left :) (sorry Minor hiccup I uploaded the top skull all in one file. Now seperated right and left) Instructions I cut it onto parts so it would print on my printer. Printed with cut side (flat side) down and used supports (no raft) You may need to do some positioning to get it to fit (it will print on a rep2x) I was able to use ABS to glue it together and hide the seams. (made a batch of acetone and ABS mix for assembly) For the Jaw I made a key (fits into a divit on both jaws) to help align the jaw as I thought it was important it is perfectly aligned for good movement.
