My daughter received a Lionel Polar Express train set for Christmas. We both came to the conclusion that this train needs to go around the entire house... so I CAD'd up a compatible piece for the set. Track works great. Here is a link to the curved piece:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2687113 I was having issues with the male ends lifting (non-heated print bed) so I added little structures on the end to help with that. You'll need to cut them off with some wire cutters. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 300 micron Infill: 20% Post-Printing Cleanup Cut the support structure on the male ends with wire cutters. Using picks try to remove the support material from the female ends.
