for Turnigy NanoTech 1500mah 3S Dimensions are inside dimensions. The sleeve may be a loose fit but knowing lipos, there is room for slight swelling. For impact situations i recommend using cut out of foam to line the inside for further protections against impact and vibrations. There is no "lid" or Cap for this.
