Standard height Lipo Posts for Schumacher Cougar KC and KD. Part No U7045. The base is slightly wider than the standard ones (10mm X 10mm) but this is intentional for greater strength. Shorty Lipo fits fine as you can rotate the posts. Print flat on a raft ( as item is too small and raft is the easiest to separate). If printing with 0.4 nozzle, letters should be fine (0.5mm) - see last photo. Try smaller nozzle; if you can. UPDATE Nov 2019: I wanted to use an under lipo weight (3mm) and the stock post is too short. So I edited the front post (the one without the hole for the screw) and made it longer by 3mm. Also edited the screw hole - now 20mm - to take a longer screw for higher strength,
