I made this to mount to the top of a 5 gallon bucket lid, of a bucket full of coolant for a 2.2kW CNC spindle. Most people don't put a cooler on the liquid, and the bucket will eventually get warmed up on long cuts. You need a way to get the heat out of the bucket.
