<p>Replacement miniature gears for the Litehawk STORM Drone. I made this gear to fix my toy drone but almost as much to test how small I could print a working mechanical part. Turns out you can print some incredibly small stuff with surprising accuracy on the MINI+ (with a smaller nozzle)!</p><p>The gear works but rotation is not perfectly smooth, at least not when printed with a 0.25mm nozzle. The drone flies, though!</p><h3>Printing Instructions</h3><p>I strongly recommend using the pre-configured <i>3mf</i> file because of multiple settings I had to tweak to make it print without any deformation (due to accumulated heat caused by quick printing at such a small size).</p><ul><li>Use the provided <i>3mf </i>file as a starting point. The high skirt is there to prevent heat deformation.</li><li>Print with a 0.25mm (or smaller) nozzle</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
