Feel free to contribute to my work by tipping and providing coffee for those late nights! I modified the base and top of the object originally designed so that it would fit what pictures I printed which were 90mm by 120mm. X is 120 mm and Y is 90 mm. Max Z is 3mm. Top picture is 120mm by 120mm. Maz z on top is still 3mm. All I did for printing pictures as lithopanes was make sure I had plenty of contrast in the pictures, preferably made in black and white and sharpened with an editor as much as possible, imported directly into cura, chose the option that darker is higher clicked okay and then and only once it was open in cura did I do a resize of the item so that was the x and y was correct. I found that I didn't usually have to edit the z as it did it automatically. Also I modified the base so that way it would be much simpler to add a small project lamp socket and LED bulb. I used this clip in project light from amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0054G66HG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Darice Accessory Cord with One Bulb Light – 6’ Brown Cord with On/Off Switch Plugs Into Electrical Outlet – Perfect for Lighting Holiday Decorations and Craft Projects (1 Cord) I also used this led bulb GE Lighting 4-Watt (40-Watt Replacement) 300 Lumens Soft White Candelabra Base LED Light Bulb (1 Bulb) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MP1G8H1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I added a little bit of custom cable management so that you could have a small mini zip tie to hold the cord in place. This was printed with supports and came out great. I did what the original creator did in design elements. I printed, spray painted in black matte and then dry brushed gold to highlight the details. It came out as an incredible gift. Only thing I forgot to mention is that it took a very long time to print. One of my longest prints. The base took my printer 27 hours. The top about 9 hours. and the lithopanes about 3 to 4 hours each. Granted I did slow down the speed to make sure the detail was just right. But once done this came out to be incredible!!!! I apologize for any with issues with the base not being completely flat. That was due to the insert of the lamp part holder and required supports on bottom to be printed. I am not sure if anyone noticed this but I have added a new file with a flat bottom so that way supports will not print on the bottom. You still need supports enabled though. Let me know any questions or issues.
