Lithophane holder with Micro USB connector

I added a slot for powering with a micro USB that is mounted on a PCB. The cover sits tight so you probably don't need the screws however I used them for safety. Also modified the pole with a channel for a 5050 LED connector to be glued securely. I found the original pole height looked better being shortened because the pole and harsh light from the LEDs any higher poked out too far past the lithophane.
