This lithophane base is designed to fit GE incandescent nightlights (#52194) and support lithophanes made using "Image to Lithophane" (http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/) generated using the outer curve mode. The idea is that you glue your printed lithophane onto the curved base and the C-shaped adaptor fits snug in the groove at the base of the GE nightlight. Its an easy to make nightlight lithophane. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Simple Metal Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Its only 4 mm tall so its a quick print. For printing lithophanes i print them vertically so the X-Y axes generate the gray scale (best resolution). The curved mode gives best base support for vertical printing. Post-Printing To attach the lithophane (printed separately) to the base i used #4 Acrylic solvent cement. Superglue would probably work too. How I Designed This designed in 123D Design using a micrometer to measure the GE nightlight.
