Litter Box Model

In this reverse engineering endeavor, I'll be tackling a common litter box as a learning exercise to enhance my modeling skills. To begin, I imported images from various angles into SOLIDWORKS as Sketch pictures and created hand sketches for better understanding and dimension documentation, with most measurements being accurate while some were estimated. An important lesson learned for future projects is to stick to surface modeling throughout rather than alternating between solid and surface modeling, which can significantly extend rebuild times. Modeling the locking mechanism was an interesting challenge that I solved using a drafted tool body and the "Indent" feature. The top and front still require some details, which I may add later or leave for others to refine. This project has taken approximately 8 hours of work so far.
