Little 3D printed amplifier box using the Kit 27 board, TDA7052 amp chip. My YouTube video on the project is at https://youtu.be/eRVUkFtfEp0 The amp box is based around an old kit project board that I’ve had for quite some years and has been used for quite a few project tests. The hassle has always been its just been put on my bench as a board with the speaker and battery loosely all attached and was always awkward, So I finally have gotten around to designing and 3D printing a little box for it. The speaker box is very straight forward to print. Orient the print so the volume control side is on the printer build surface. I’ve designed the part so it prints well without any need for extra supports. After printing tap the screw hole locations for a 4-40 thread or the closes metric equivalent. The speaker I used was salvaged out of an old PC desktop computer. Its a common 2” speaker the PC use to always have. The battery pack is a 4 AAA Battery Holder with ON Off Switch on the case back and is simply Velcro it in place.
