Little Green Man USB Drive

Little Green Man USB Drive

I love gpvillamil's little green man :-) I use it to test all my filaments and thought it would make a great flash drive case. I searched for ages for a solution to editing stl files but gave up and modelled the green man in via cad,he is similar but not identical. Instructions I printed this on a UP! plus using orange cd-writer.com ABS filament @ 230ºc (same as octave filament I believe) The USB Drive I used was a Kingston DataTraveler Micro http://www.kingston.com/us/usb/personal_business#dtmc you will have to remove the plastic case and push the drive into the lower body. I also used 8 2x2 magnets from http://www.first4magnets.com/f412sh---2mm-dia-x-2mm-thick-n42sh-neodymium--magnet---008kg-pull-high-temp-x25-f25y-742-p.asp But in reality the two halves pushed together quite firmly,I don't think the magnets are needed. The magnets were a lose fit and are superglued in (make sure you get the polarities right before glueing them) I have uploaded the stl I used and the via-cad file
