Little PI in Big PI

A co-worker whiteboard designed and requested this item. It turned out better than I thought it would when I made it in sketchup - yet it could use a few tweaks. Is it just me or does white filament bring out every ripple and flaw in 3d printed designs? The darker colors always appear smoother - to me anyway. Print Settings Printer: PowerSpec Ultra 3D and NewMatter Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .15 Infill: 20% Notes: Print in different colors and rotate them and snap together. Some minor filing may be needed to click them together. (it is a firm fit). There is a thin little plate between the legs of the Big PI that will and should snap off easily.
