3 walls should stiffen sufficiently. Should not need supports to print. I printed with ABS but any material should work. This version includes left and right little (pinky) finger files for a 5' tall (1.5 m) individual (mean little finger diameter of 16mm). You may need in increase or decrease the scale appropriately. Application: after printing, this should be gently attached to the injured finger using any medical tape using two wraps around the finger and one around the palm. disclaimer: designed by a rocket engineer PhD, not a medical doctor--use at your own discretion/risk.
