A 3.75" tall rocket. Modified from a design I created and built with my son of an actual model rocket that we have flown. I'm including the Sketchup file also. Instructions I designed and built a rocket for one of my sons. We used parts from semroc.com, and added custom water slide decals. The Sketchup model can be found here: http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=eeae7928f51984fa2bd06e3313d17244 I modified this model to remove the payload section and engine mount, added the nozzle at the bottom to eliminate the need for support material, and scaled it all down to print on my PrintrBot Simple. I was curious to see if it would print the 1/32" fins and tube walls, which it did surprisingly well.
