I recent was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and needed to monitor my blood glucose level. Fortunately I only need to do this 2-3 times per day. Through my employers healthcare plans I received a Livongo blood glucose meter. The biggest downside of this meter is it does not have a nice case. Also while the test strips came in a nice vial, the lancets just come in a plastic bag. So after using the first vial of strips I used one of those to store lancets Thus I decided to make a small holder/stand that can sit on my desk.
