Llave para amoladora radial

07/09/2017. Utillaje para el cambio de disco de una amoladora radial de marca desconocida. Útil cuando pierdes la llave original. ;p Diseñado en FreeCAD. La amoladora dispone de 4 taladros distribuidos uniformemente a 90º. La distancia entre taladros opuestos 180º es de 30 mm, siendo los taladros de alrededor de 5.60mm de diámetro, por lo que se han aprovechado las cabezas de diámetro 5.40mm de tornillos de M3. El diámetro exterior de la herramienta es de 40mm y el interior de 22mm, y la longitud total es de 125mm. Los diámetros de los taladros se han fijado a 3mm, de tal forma que al atornillar se rosca el plástico. Funciona y parece robusta! Impresa en PLA a 235ºC con capas de 0.25mm. 5 capas exteriores, 4 superior e inferior y 25% de relleno. 2017/09/07. Disc changing tool for radial grinder of unknown brand. The distance between opposing bores 180 ° is 30 mm, the holes being around 5.60 mm in diameter, so that M3 screws (5.40mm in head diameter) have been used. The outer diameter of the tool is 40mm the inner is 22mm, and the total length is 125mm. The diameters of the holes have been fixed to 3mm, so that the screw makes the thread in the plastic piece. It works and seems sturdy!! Printed in PLA at 235ºC with layers of 0.25mm. 5 outer layers, 4 top and bottom layers and 25% infill.
