Holder CLIP for Lineal Bearing LM8UU for my Aufull Replicak M5 ARGENTINA I use Simplify 3D (for me is the best) the design of the printer has some serius flaws but im design new parts and with other materials. Im triying to improove it. The part of the picture is made in ABS, in heated chamber with 230ºC nozzle and 115ºV heated bed. It has only one way for printing since it has a lip to align the bearing to the center of the part. the part has a small size than the bearing and when it get inside the walls tighten it. you can use threath glue to prevent some move. REMEMBER use ONLY oil to lubricate the bearing! THANK YOU! sorry my english Abrazadera de ruleman lineal LM8UU para pase de impresora REPLIKAT M5 (argentina) La impresora tiene muchisimas fallas y estoy buscando la manera de mejorarla. La pieza de las fotos esta impresora en ABS en cabina cerrada con una temperatura de 230ºC y 115ºC de cama caliente. Tiene un solo sentido de impresion ya que cuenta con un labio para que se alinee el ruleman lineal al centro de la pieza. El zocalo del ruleman tiene un diametro apenas inferior paara que las paredes hagan fuerza y asi ajustarlo. Pueden usar Pegamento para tornillos para que el mismo no se deslice. Recuerden lubricar con ACEITE (Y SOLO CON ACEITE) los rulemanes. Gracias! Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,4 nozzle 0,2 heigth Infill: 100 Notes: I recommend using 5-7 skirt outlines in the brimm option and no more than 30mm/s printing speed. Also, use ABS to 230ºC nozzle and 115ºC heathed bed temperatures The part has a little stop lip to align to the center the bearing. Also use support for the holes. the holes are 3mm holes with regulation horizontally.
