LM8UU Linear bearing and block (3 versions)

Update of Oct'16: I tested these three blocks made of PLA The first block from left side of the picture is very tight, and needs some post processing with drill. In fact no spring functionality of the leaves. As a result block moves quite tightly. May be ABS will be working better, but I haven't tested ABS yet. The block in the middle has very tinny leaves and my printer printed it with some connections between leaves, and it is hard to remove all these bridges inside with the knife. So the best result I have obtained is with the third type. Just print, plug and play :) For the first run make your printer working without filament for 15 min just to make the blocks well fitted and oiled. Initial message: I have combined several versions of the linear bearing LM8UU, found at this site, with the holder. I am going to test all the types in order to select the most appropriate one. If you have your experience working with these types (or the others) please share your comments please. Rhanks Print Settings Printer: Hesine Prusa I3 Notes: Haven't printed yet
